Darren is a highly experienced Facilities Management (FM) professional with over 30 years in the industry. Beginning his career as a time-served Electrical Apprentice, Darren has built a strong foundation in the building services trade and developed extensive leadership and operational expertise across the FM sector.

Darren has built a reputation for developing and maintaining excellent client relationships, grounded in trust, transparency, and consistently delivering results. His ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels has been a cornerstone of his success.

With a career spanning major industry players, Darren spent 10 years with Integral and 18 years with Norland / CBRE, where he held a variety of senior roles including Contract Manager (CM), Area General Manager (AGM), Associate Director (AD), and Business Unit Leader (BUL), where he consistently delivered operational excellence and led high-performing teams.

Darren's experience covers a wide range of sectors, including Corporate, Live Events, Retail, Healthcare, Public Sector, Industrial, Education, Managing Agent, and Professional Services. His versatility and depth of knowledge enable him to deliver tailored solutions in complex and dynamic environments.
